    Pet Products or People Products?

I have found this fabulous line of all-natural spa products for dogs in Cain and Able Collection… but hold on! You must try these aromatic, rejuvenating products for yourself! All have been tested on humans first.

The Soap-on-a-Rope is wonderfully moisturizing with oatmeal, aloe vera, shea butter, honey, vitamin E oil, peppermint oil and tea tree oil. And, WOW, does it smell great! I use it to wash my face twice daily!! Hang one in your shower and it sure looks cute on your bathroom counter!

Winter is quickly approaching and dry skin will be a problem for so many of us. Try the Paw Rub! Use on cuticles and feet. The company was telling me about the Paw Rub and it’s uses and I was thinking … yea, right? This must be greasy.. not this stuff. It absorbs right into the skin. Try the gloves and footies trick this fall and winter… apply a generous amount of Paw Rub on your paws.. hands and feet, slip on gloves and footies and go to bed. Remember to use on your lips, too!

Shampoo and Conditioner! Contains tea tree oil and citronella oil. Tea tree oil helps combat dandruff while the citronella repels fleas.. oh, that’s right, repels fleas on dogs… but keeps mosquitoes away for you and me! As another Mosquito repellant, use the Between Bath Spritz, which is, by far, my best seller.

If the Cain and Able Collection line is good enough for your dog, it’s good enough for you!!

    Grand Opening!
    September 19th, 2006 8:54 am

Welcome! It’s been a while in the making and I’m finally open for business! We have all been busy around the Barkery. I have been baking up a storm and Penny and Marley have tasted their little hearts out. I can honestly say they have loved every treat and they sit so patiently by the oven waiting for the next batch to pop out.

I hope you enjoy sniffing around the Dog Gone Good Barkery website. Please check back often as I am always coming up with new ideas for cookies and products to add to the site. In the next couple of weeks you will find seasonal treats and Doggie Birthday Party or Canine Cookie Tasting packets, which will include invitations, cookies and “doggie bags”. I will also be attending pet trade shows to find new and exciting dog products.. things you will not see in stores! If you do not see what you’d like on the website, please let me know!

Are you involved with a group or organization that is looking for a new fundraiser? When was the last time someone offered homemade gourmet dog treats? I know, you’re thinking… I don’t have a dog. I bet you know someone who has a dog. When I do shows and festivals with the treats, I sell to so many people who do not own a dog. They buy for the neighbor dog and WOW.. I know those Grand Puppies are eating very well. If you are interested in Dog Gone Good Barkery treats for a fundraiser or if you own a store and are interested in a wholesale account, please fill out the wholesale form on the website. I will send you the information to log onto the wholesale site and you can get started making money with Dog Gone Good treats!

Blogging! I’m thinking this could be way too much fun. While coming up with what I wanted on the website, Merideth of Just Spiffy Web Design, who put together my site, suggested a blog! She thought I might be good at this. She would send an email with one question and after getting an email back with every detail of my day and what I think, she said … you need to blog! So, here I am. On this blog I will be letting you know of any news and new business and product developments. I have a section entitled Pup Play. There I will be blogging about my dogs and crazy things they do. I will be venting about some of my “pet peeves”! Please, please make comments and let me know what you are thinking!
